Cooling-off period: the time frame in which the customer may exercise their right of withdrawal.

Customer: any natural person not acting in a professional capacity who enters into a distance contract with Shop Velorin.

Distance contract: an agreement concluded via our online store between Shop Velorin and the customer.

Durable medium: any tool that enables the customer or Shop Velorin to store information in a way that allows future consultation.

These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer made by Shop Velorin and to every distance contract between Shop Velorin and the customer.
Before completing an order, customers will be provided with these Terms & Conditions. A digital copy is always available on our website.
Article 4 – Our Offer

All offers are non-binding and may be adjusted by Shop Velorin at any time.

We strive for accurate descriptions and imagery of our products. Minor deviations (e.g. in colors due to screen settings) are possible and do not entitle the customer to compensation.

Every offer clearly states the applicable price, shipping costs (if any), payment methods, and delivery terms.
Article 5 – The Agreement

The contract is concluded once the customer has accepted the offer and fulfilled the required conditions.

Shop Velorin will confirm the order electronically. Until confirmation is received, the customer may cancel the agreement.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

Customers may withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and with all tags attached.

To exercise this right, customers must notify us via email at info@shopvelorin.com within 30 days.
Article 7 – Return Costs

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of Shop Velorin receiving the returned item(s).
Article 8 – Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products made to customer specifications.

Intimate or hygienic products once packaging/seals are broken.

Digital goods, downloadable items, or gift cards.
Article 9 – Pricing

All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
