E-commerce & Customer Care Specialist (Sydney / Remote)
We’re searching for someone who is passionate about fashion and exceptional customer service. In this role, you’ll help manage our online store, assist customers with styling and orders, and ensure every shopping experience feels premium.
What you’ll do:

Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat

Assist with returns, exchanges, and sizing advice

Support order management and tracking

Collaborate with the team to improve the online customer journey
